Coffee & cake in the heart of pretty Melbourne, Derbyshire.

Our hidden gem is tucked-away at No. 8 Potters Yard, so be careful - you might easily miss us if you walk past too fast! Keep a look out for our A-boards, always adorned with pretty balloons to celebrate your arrival, and to welcome you inside.

Melbourne is a charming town and is the home of many small businesses including us - the one and only Cake House!

The town is home to some lovely shopping opportunities too - there’s over fifty restaurants and shops, including The Art Gallery and some lovely local produce together with gift and clothes boutiques.

Every September, Melbourne hosts a wonderful Arts Festival celebrating all things creative, attracting gifted artists, designers, crafts people and musicians - it’s well worth a visit!

There’s also the delightful Melbourne Hall and Gardens and the parish church of St. Michael with St. Mary believed to have been built circa 1125!

But, a visit to Melbourne just isn’t complete without a cake stop, or two. Why not bookend your day out with a trip to Tea at Three and make it a delicious day to remember.
